Unless otherwise stated, product prices displayed to customers within Europe include applicable VAT and sales taxes. Customers located outside the European Economic Community — including, for example, those in Switzerland or Norway — will see prices excluding local taxes.
Please be aware that buyers outside the EEC may be subject to import duties or local taxes levied by their country's authorities. Dermfix GmbH bears no responsibility for such charges and they are not included in the purchase price.
4. Payment & Order Processing
When you submit an order, you confirm that all details provided are truthful, current, and complete. We offer a wide range of payment options, including: American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, Google Pay, iDEAL Wero, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, Visa, and Bank Deposit. We reserve the right to decline or void any order at our sole discretion — for example, where fraud is suspected or a product is no longer in stock.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials published on this website — including but not limited to written content, photography, brand marks, and visual design elements — remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dermfix GmbH and are protected under international copyright and trademark legislation. No part of this website may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our prior written authorisation.
6. Shipping & Delivery
While we make every reasonable effort to fulfil and dispatch orders in a timely manner, the Seller accepts no liability for delays or failures in delivery that arise from circumstances outside of our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, logistics disruptions, natural events, or other unforeseen incidents.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items Received
Should you receive an item that is damaged or does not match your order, we ask that you get in touch with our team within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Please include your order reference and photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will arrange either a replacement or a complete refund at no cost to you.
8. Our Returns Policy
Full details on how to return an item are available in the Returns Policy section of this website. In summary, we will accept a return when all of the following apply:
• The purchase was made no more than 30 days prior to the return request
• The product has not been opened or used and remains in its original packaging
• The item has not been designated as a final sale or non-returnable product
Once a return is received and approved, a credit will be issued to the Buyer within 30 business days. If returned items are found to be unsaleable, no credit will be issued, and the Seller reserves the right to dispose of the goods at the Buyer's expense where safety considerations require it.
9. Limitation of Our Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Dermfix GmbH will not be held responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage resulting from your use of — or inability to use — our website or products. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that their handling, use, and resale of goods complies with all relevant laws and regulatory requirements, as well as any guidance issued by the Seller or competent authorities.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at our discretion, effective immediately and without advance notice, where we determine that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Access to the service will end at the point of termination.
Actions that may lead to account termination include:
• Violating any provision of these Terms or associated legal agreements
• Directing abusive or threatening language at our customer support staff
• Using stolen payment credentials, fabricated identities, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks
• Reproducing or misappropriating our website content, product copy, imagery, or trademarks
• Deploying bots, scrapers, or malicious code against our website infrastructure
• Failing to complete payment for goods that have been ordered
• Submitting reviews or comments that are offensive, defamatory, or otherwise in breach of our content guidelines

Following termination — whether initiated by us or by you — any data and content linked to your account may be permanently removed. We accept no liability for any resulting loss of information.

These Terms are subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any legal disputes or claims arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate European Courts.
